Society and politics

 

Large numbers of actors and topics are fighting for attention on the political stage. Groups such as children and the elderly are often overlooked when it comes to the distribution of resources, when it is a matter of rights or of obtaining a hearing. Communication can help in the positioning of social groupings on the political stage and in arranging for their interests and concerns to be heard.
