FMH and SAMS publish the booklet “Rechtliche Grundlagen im medizinischen Alltag” (“Legal Principles in day-to-day Medical Life”)

The new  handbook “Rechtliche Grundlagen im medizinischen Alltag” is a joint work by the Swiss Medical Association (FMH) and the Swiss Academy of Medical Sciences (SAMS). The day-to-day life of a doctor is accompanied by numerous legal regulations. It is often difficult for a doctor to retain an overview of the relevant legal standards. The SAMS and FMH hope that the handbook will provide support with this. The handbook is currently available in German. A French translation will appear in late autumn.
